    How to make Roasted Makhana ?


    • 2 tbs Oil.
    • Few Curry Leaves.
    • 2 cup makhana (lotus seeds).
    • Salt per taste.


    • Heat up a pan.
    • Add 2 tbs Oil.
    • First fry curry leaves.
    • Keep them aside for garnishing.
    • Now add 2 cup makhana.
    • Sprinkle some salt.
    • Now add curry leaves.
    • We want to dry roast makhana on slow flame.
    • Once roasted, add smoked paprika.
    • Mix it well
      Serve it warm in a bowl.
    • Garnish with fried curry leaves.
