Schezwan Baby Potato Recipe

Ingredients

1 packet of potato nuggets - keep them ready deep fried 
3 tbs Shezwan sauce 
1 tbs Tomato ketchup 
2 Garlic finely chopped
1 tbs cooking oil
Some spring onions 

Method

In a pan, take 1 tbs of oil.
Add chopped garlic in to that and let it cook for a minute.
Add schezwan and tomato sauce in to that.
If it is too thick you can add 1 tbs of water
Now Add already deep fried potato nuggets and toss them well. 
Sprinkle some spring onions on top.
Serve when hot.
Enjoy last of monsoon with hot schezwan aloo and any drink of your choice; or just as a side dish.
