How to make Schezwan Baby Potato ?
- 1 packet of potato nuggets – keep them ready deep fried.
- 3 tbs Shezwan sauce
- 1 tbs Tomato ketchup.
- 2 Garlic finely chopped.
- 1 tbs cooking oil.
- Some spring onions.
- In a pan, take 1 tbs of oil.
- Add chopped garlic in to that and let it cook for a minute.
- Add schezwan and tomato sauce in to that.
- If it is too thick you can add 1 tbs of water.
- Now Add already deep fried potato nuggets and toss them well.
- Sprinkle some spring onions on top.
- Serve when hot.
- Enjoy last of monsoon with hot schezwan aloo and any drink of your choice; or just as a side dish.
