My Secrets

  • Milk
  • Custard Powder.
  • Vanilla Essence.
  • Corn Flour.
  • sugar
  • Nutella Chocolate.
  • Spread
  • Strawberry
  • Mint leaves for garnishing.


How to make?

  • First, make the custard.
  • Heat up 1 cup milk.
  • In 1/4th cup milk take 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder.
  • If you don’t get custard powder then take cornflour and add little vanilla essence.
  • In warm milk take 1 tbs sugar; feel free to add more depending upon how sweet you want.
  • As milk gets hot; add custard diluted milk and continuously stir it else it will create lumps.
  • You can add cooking cream too. 
  • As custard gets cold it will start getting thick.
  • Custard is ready; take out some custard to create the chocolate custard.
  • Take Nutella chocolate spread and mix it to custard and you will get nice chocolate custard.
  • Mix when the custard is hot.
  • Once custard cools downtime to prepare the dessert.
  • Chop strawberry slices arrange them in glass and create layers of chocolate custard and vanilla custard.
  • Use a bread roundel to ensure layers don’t mix up.
  • Take strawberry pieces and add a little fruit jam in it and make a layer of sweetened strawberry.
  • Finally, layer with chocolate custard and garnish with strawberry and mint leaves.
  • Keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set.
