How to make Stuffed Soya Bell Peppers?

Ingredients

To make the stuffing:

  • Oil.
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped.
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Salt per taste.
  • 1/2 carrot cut in small cubes.
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn.
  • 1 green chili
    some chili flakes.
  • 2 cup cooked soya kheema (boiled in water).
  • 1 tbs tomato ketchup.
  • Black pepper Red & Yellow Bell peppers

Methods

  • Heat up a pan.
  • Pour some oil.
  • Add 2 garlic cloves chopped.
  • Let the garlic cook a little.
  • Add 1 onion chopped.
  • Add salt per taste.
  • Add 1/2 carrot small cubes.
  • Add 1/2 cup sweet corn.
  • Add 1 chopped chili.
  • some chili flakes
  • Don’t overcook vegetables as we are going to bake later.
  • Add 2 cup boiled soya kheema.
  • Add 1 tsp mixed herbs.
  • Add ketchup for binding.
  • Add some crushed black pepper.
  • Stuffing is ready
  • Take Red & Yellow Bell Peppers
  • Remove the top and create space for stuffing.
  • Fill the bell peppers with soya stuffing.
  • Pre-heat oven at 200 degree, and keep timing for 30 minutes.
  • 5-10 minutes of pre-heat and 20-255 minutes of baking.
  • Sprinkle some cheese on the stuffing before putting.
  • Capsicums inside oven.
  • Take out the stuffed bell peppers from the oven let them cool down.
  • Garnish with greens.
  • Enjoy healthy high protein stuffed soya bell peppers.
