NUTRITIOUS CRANBERRY PEANUT CHUTNEY Another chutney variety you must add to your diet. So here is a smart way to have cranberries in form of chutney and it is so delicious. With crunch of peanut you won’t be able to stop at first bite. I have created party starter but you can have it anyway you like - dip, chutney or topping. Here is the recipe-

  1. Method

    - in a pan, take oil and 1 tsp cumin seeds
    - add finely chopped small piece of ginger and a clove of garlic finely chopped
    - add green chillies finely chopped
    - add salt and red chili powder
    - add 2 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
    - take 1/2 cup US Cranberries
    - now add 1/4 cup water
    - cover and cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes
    - mash some cranberries with spatula
    - squeeze some fresh lemon juice
    - add 1/4 cup roasted and coarsely grind peanuts
    - and lastly some coriander leaves
    - mix it well
    - Cranberry Peanut Chutney is ready
    - I tried it with some salted biscuits as a topping but you can also have it as a deep or chutney with Roti, Paratha, Pancake or Dal Rice.
    It has all the flavours coming together.
