Winter Special: Til Ke Ladoo

From head to toe, this Sugar-Free Laddu is one thing that if you have every morning, all the health benefits will reach you on daily benefits. Eyes, Bones, Stomach, Skin, Hair, Brain,Heart, Gut… you name it, this Laddo is benefiting the body in every possible way. But best part there is no sugar.

How to make Til Ladoo Recipe?

Ingredients

  • 100 gm White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
  • 7-8 Walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp + 1 tbs Ghee
  • 1 cup Fox Nuts (Makhana)
  • 2-3 tbs Edible Gum (Gond / Dink)
  • 1 small piece of finely chopped Ginger (alternatively
  • Ginger Powder can be used in laddu mixture)
  • 250 gm Seedless Dates
  • Crushed Black Pepper (optional)
  • Pinch of Salt

Method

How to make?

  • Dry roast below ingredients seperately,
    100 gm White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
  • 7-8 Walnuts
  • Add 1/2 tsp Ghee in pan and roast 1 cup
  • Fox Nuts (Makhana) until crisp
  • Transfer in a bowl
  • Add 1 tbs Ghee in the same pan
  • Fry 2-3 tbs Edible Gum (Gond / Dink) in it and transfer in a bowl
  • Now fry a small piece of finely chopped Ginger in remaining ghee
  • Add 250 gm Seedless Dates and fry until soft
  • Further crush fried Gond and transfer in a mixing bowl, keep aside
  • Take a mixer jar and coarsely grind Makhana, Walnuts, Til & Dates separately
    (Remove approx 2 spoon Til aside)
  • Transfer everything in a mixing bowl
  • Add some crushed Black Pepper (optional)
  • Add a pinch of Salt
  • Add Til (kept aside) in this mixture
  • Combine everything well with hands
  • Apply ghee on palms & take a small portion of mixture
  • Roll with hands giving it a round shape to form laddu
    (Make more laddus with same procedure, you can store them for a month)
