    How to make Veg Crostini Bread Recipe ?

    Ingredients

    • Toasted French loaf (baguette).
    • Burn tomato chutney.
    • Cherry tomatoes.
    • Basil leaves.
    • Sweet corns.
    • 1 finely chipped onion.
    • 2 garlic cloves.
    • Salt & Pepper.
    • 1/2 like juice.
    • 1 spoon sugar.
    • Cheese.

    Methods

    To make tomato chutney-

    • Take 4-5 tomatoes and burn its skin over high flame.
    • Remove the skin & finely chop tomatoes.
    • Now heat the pan with little oil.
    • Add finely chopped garlic.
    • Add finely chopped onion.
    • Cook till onion becomes soft.
    • Add salt.
    • Add tomatoes.
    • Cook them 5 minutes till tomato water gets evaporated.
    • Add 1/2 lime juice, 1 spoon sugar & chilie flakes.
    • Burnt tomato chutney (sauce) is ready.
    • Cool it down.
    • Apply tomato chutney on the French Baguette slice.
    • Top it up with cherry tomatoes, basil leaves & some cheese.
    • Sprinkle some salt & pepper on the top.
    • In another French baguette slice, top it up with tomato chutney, sweet corn, parsley & cheese.
    • Salt & Pepper on top.
    • Place the Baguette in oven at 180 degrees till cheese gets melted.

    Crostini is ready.
