Ingredients

Any Oil
1 Onion cut in slices
1/2 Onion finely chopped
1/2 Capsicum cut in slices
1/2 tsp chaat masala (or Salt)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
4 Garlic cloves - finely chopped or crushed
Salt to taste
1 Green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp Garam Masala
100 gm Boiled & Mashed Aloo (Potato)
100 gm Paneer (Shredded) - Optional
2 tbs Coriander Leave
Maida Roti (Or Tortillas)
Green Chutney & Mayonnaise mixed

Method

Methodology:

Take a Pan & add 1/2 tsp Oil will do.
Add 1 Onion & 1/2 Capsicum slices to saute, till they become soft.
Add 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala (or salt).
Mix it well.
Now take the sauce onion & capsicum out of the pan & keep aside.

To prepare stuffing :

Again the take the same pan & add 1 tbs oil.
Heat it up a little.
& add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add crushed garlic.
Add 1/2 onion finely chopped
Add salt to taste.
Add green chilli finely chopped
Mix it well.
Add Garam Masala
Add mashed potato.
Keep mixing it for 2 minutes more.
Add Shredded Paneer - This is optional.
Mix it.
Add coriander leaves.
Now let it cool down for 2 minutes.
Take the stuffing out into a bowl.

Keep the Maida Roti ready with oil applied on both sides to keep it soft.
Spread Green Chutney & Mayonnaise mix on the Roti.
Make a cylinder shape of stuffing & keep it on Roti.
Spread the saute Onion & Capsicum on the stuffing & Roti.
Shred some cheese on top.
Fold Roti overlapping stuffing.
& put it back on pan to grill on both the sides.

Shift the franky on a platter.
Wrap franky into aluminium foil covering the half.
Franky is ready, serve it with green salad.
