On popular demand, sharing another soup recipe. In this video I have shown how to make vegetable stock, which you can then use in any other recipes from soup to pasta to even mexican recipes. Winter is starting soon, so add this hot n spicy, full of veggies soup into your home menu.

How to make Veg Manchow Soup Recipe?

Ingredients

For Soup:-

  • Finely chopped vegetables (Mushrooms, Cabbage, French Beans, Carrots, Baby Corns & Celery Leaves)
    Boiled Sweet Corns (optional).
  • 2 spoon Oil.
  • Small piece of chopped Ginger.
  • 2 finely chopped Green Chillies.
  • 3-4 finely chopped Garlic Cloves.
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion.
  • 1 tbs Light Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tbs Dark Soy Sauce.
  • 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • 2 tbs Tomato Sauce (optional).
  • Some Crushed Black Pepper.
  • 1.5 tsp Corn Flour diluted with 2-3 spoon Water.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Chopped Spring Onion & Coriander.

For Vegetable Stock:

  • 1.5 ltr Water.
  • 5-6 Coriander Roots (thoroughly washed), Cabbage Leaves, 5-6 pieces of Carrot, 1 Onion, 2 Garlic Cloves, & Celery Stems.

Method

How to make?

  • Let’s chop some vegetables for soup
    Mushrooms, Cabbage, French Beans, Carrots, Baby Corns & Celery Leaves (finely chopped).
  • Take Boiled Sweet Corns and keep everything aside
    (Add vegetables as per your choice).
  • Take a deep base pan to make.
  • Vegetable Stock.
  • Add 1.5 ltr Water.
  • Add 5-6 Coriander Roots (properly washed), Cabbage, 5-6 pieces of Carrot, 1 Onion, 2 Garlic cloves, & Celery stems.
  • Keep it on the heat, cover lid and boil for approx 45 minutes.
  • Heat another pan to make Soup.
  • Add 2 spoon Oil.
  • Add a small piece of chopped Ginger.
  • Add 2 Green Chillies.
  • Add 3-4 Garlic cloves.
  • Add 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion.
  • Now add finely chopped Celery leaves.
  • Saute until Onion is partially cooked.
  • Now add all chopped vegetables (except Cabbage).
  • Let them partially cook, then add Cabbage & Boiled Sweet Corn (optional) & mix everything well.
  • Add 1 tbs Light Soy Sauce.
  • Add 1 tbs Dark Soy Sauce.
  • Add 1 tsp Vinegar.
  • Add 2 tbs Tomato Sauce (optional).
  • Add some Crushed Black Pepper.
  • Now add 3-4 ladleful of Vegetable Stock
    Bring it to a boil.
  • Add 1.5 tsp Corn Flour diluted with 2-3 spoon Water.
  • Keep stirring continuously.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Turn off the heat and add some chopped Spring Onion & Coriander.
  • Serve with some fried noodles.
