Vegan Tofu Taco Crumbles

Ingredients

2 Rotis ( made with plain flour)

For Tofu
200 g Tofu (cut in small pieces)
2 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
A small piece of ginger (finely chopped)
2 tbs chili sauce
1 tsp Oil
Salt

For Salad
Cabbage  - white and purple (finely chopped)
Carrot (cut into thin julienne)
Bell peppers (cut into thin julienne)
Spring onions (cut into julienne)
Coriander (chopped)

For dressing
1/2 cup hung yogurt
2tbs chili mayonnaise
2 tsp honey
Black paper (crushed)
Salt
 

Method

To make tofu,  heat the pan. Add oil.
Once oil gets heated add ginger , garlic and chili sauce.
Mix it well.
Then add tofu (cut in small pieces).
And toss it well, it will take only 5 minutes to cook
Now, to make the salad,  mix all the vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Pour dressing on the top (only half of the dressing).
To make the tacos, take the roti.
Add few pieces of tofu first.
Then top it up with some salad.
Before serving the tacos drizzle some more dressing on top.
Finally, Garnish the tacos with coriander.
Always use fresh salad whenever you make tacos
