    How to make Vegetable Hakka Noodles Recipe?

    Ingredients

    • 2-Minute Noodles keep them ready pre-boiled in water.
    • Tastemaker Masala packet.
    • Oil.
    • Finely chopped garlic.
    • Thinly sliced mushrooms.
    • Baby-corns.
    • Spring onions finely chopped.
    • Bell-peppers chopped.
    • Crushed pepper.
    • Soya sauce.
    • Chili sauce.

    Methods

    • Keep the noodles boiled in the water ready.
    • Heat up the pan
    • Put some oil in it.
    • Now cook some chopped garlic in the oil.
    • Add thinly sliced Mushrooms, let it cook.
    • Add baby corn in it.
    • Now add spring onion and let it cook.
    • Time to add bell peppers.
    • We don’t want over-cooked vegetables.
    • Just half-cook only to give the crunch we want in noodles.
    • I’m using Noodles’ tastemaker (masala) that comes with noodles.
    • Hence not adding extra salt as the masala already has salt.
    • Add crushed pepper.
    • Add soya sauce and chili sauce.
    • Add some tomato ketchup, we want tomato flavor.
    • Now add pre-boiled noodles.
    • And add the masala.
    • Now mix everything gently.
    • Finally, add some onion greens.
    • Now plate the noodles.
    • Garnish with onion greens.
