2 tbs oil
200 gm grated paneer
1 small onion chopped
2-3 garlic cloves chopped
Chopped green chilies
1 large tomato chopped

Heat up a deep pan
Add 2 tbs oil
Keep 200 gm grated paneer ready
Add small chopped onion into the pan
Add salt, it will help cook onions quickly
Saute mildly, don't brown the onions
Now add finely chopped garlic cloves
Add some turmeric powder
Add chopped green chilis
Cook for a while
Now add chopped 1 big tomato
Close the lid, & let tomatoes get cooked for 5-10 minutes till tomatoes get soft
Now open the lid and add some coriander leaves, and keep some for garnishing
Add grated paneer
Mix well, and Vegetarian paneer bhurji recipe is ready
Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy with pav or roti or paratha
You can have any time and carry in tiffin too.
