Vermicelli Veg Pancake | Amazing Crispy Vermicelli Breakfast Pancake | easy breakfast

Love experimenting with the breakfast pancakes. This time have combined Vermicelli with veggies into this pancake. My daughter loved the crunch of vermeiceli and peanuts; so I’d say it’s a must try. Can even carry in tiffin.

  1. Method

    • Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan
    • Add 1 cup Vermicelli and roast until it's light golden-brown
    • Transfer it in a bowl (remove approx 2 tbs roasted vermicelli aside)
    • Further take a mixing bowl
    • Add 1 cup Suji
    • Add roasted Vermicelli
    • Add 1/2 cup Dahi
    • Add 2 tsp Jeera
    • Add 2 tsp roasted Urad Dal
    • Add Salt as per taste and mix it well
    • Leave the mixture for 15-20 min
    • If the mixture is too thick, add a little curd or water
    • Add some finely chopped veggies (Capsicum, Carrot, Onion, Coriander, Green Chillies & Ginger)
    • Add some roasted Peanuts
    • Mix everything well and your batter is ready
    • Add 1 tsp Fruit Salt, mix it and quickly start making pancakes
    • Heat up the pan, place a ring on it
    • Drizzle 1/2 tsp Oil
    • Sprinkle some roasted vermicelli (kept aside)
    • Add batter on it & cook both the sides until golden-brown
      (make more pancakes with the same procedure)
    • Take them on a serving plate
    • Enjoy Super Delicious Vermicelli Pancakes
