While you all know how to make sabudana tikki, here is the twist to make this Navratri Vrat period even more interesting. Presenting Stuffed Sabudana Tikki; that too no fry.

  1. Method

    • In a mixing bowl, take 150 gm Paneer
    • Add Sendha Namak as per taste
    • Add 1/2 tsp Jeera
    • Add finely chopped Ginger
    • Add finely chopped Green Chillies
    • Add 1.5 tbs coarsely crushed Peanuts
    • Mix everything well
    • Make small round shape balls from this mixture in
    • Keep them aside
    • Further take another mixing bowl
    • Take 1 cup soaked Sabudana
    • Add 3 medium size grated boiled Potatoes
    • (do not take overcooked potatoes)
    • Add Sendha Namak as per taste
    • Add 1/2 tsp Jeera
    • Add some finely chopped Ginger, Green Chillies & Coriander
    • Add 2 tbs Singade ka Atta
    • Combine everything together with hands
    • Apply some Oil on palms & make round shape tikki
    • Stuff paneer ball in the middle and cover tikki
    • Make more tikkis with the same procedure
    • Heat the pan, add 3 tbs Oil
    • Place all tikkis on pan
    • Cook until they turn golden-brown from both the sides
    • Take them on a serving plate
    • Garnish with Green Chutney & Pomegranate Seeds
    • Enjoy Super Delicious Vrat ki Sabudana Tikki
