How to make Vrat Wali Aloo ki Raseeli Sabji?

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated coconut.
  • 8-10 Cashews.
  • 1/4 cup peanuts.
  • 2 red dry chillies.
  • 2 finely chopped green chillies.
  • Finely chopped small ginger knob.
  • 1/4 cup curd (dahi).
  • Water.
  • Sendha namak (rock salt).
  • 1 tbs oil.
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
  • 2 medium sized potatoes cut into small cubes.
  • Some freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Method

How to make?

  • In a mixer jar, add 1/4 cup freshly grated coconut.
  • Add 8-10 Cashews.
  • Add 1/4 cup peanuts & churn it.
  • Now add 2 red dry chillies.
  • Add 2 finely chopped green chillies.
  • Add a finely chopped small ginger knob.
  • Add 1/4 cup curd (dahi).
  • Add some water.
  • Add sendha namak (rock salt).
  • Churn it and make a thick paste.
  • Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan.
  • Add 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera).
  • Add 2 medium sized potatoes cut into small cubes.
  • Add sendha namak (rock salt).
  • Cook until potatoes turn golden-brown.
  • Add gravy in it.
  • Add some water if it’s too thick.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  • Turn off the heat and take it in a serving bowl.
  • Enjoy this Delicious Aloo ki Rasili Sabji!!!
