Watermelon Feta Cheese Salad (made without feta cheese)

Feta cheese is not easily available and also very expensive. So have created a paneer version that almost tastes like feta cheese and created this famous Watermelon Feta Cheese salad without cheese. Enjoy Summer with this super cooling salad. It's a joy to eyes .. to tastebuds and to stomach.

Ingredients

500 ml milk
2 tsp vinegar and 2 tsp water mixture
1-2 tbs of olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Watermelon cubes
Mint leaves
Salt
Black pepper
Roasted Sesame seeds - black and white both
Honey or Sugar if the watermelon is not sweet (optional)
Chopped onion
Chopped cucumber
Chopped almonds (walnut or any other nuts of your liking)

Method

Take 500 ml of milk
Put it for boil
Add a mix of 2 tsp of vinegar + 2 tsp water
Wait for paneer to get formed
You will get sour paneer, do not wash it, we want the sour taste in our paneer
now drain it out and crush with a spoon and add a little salt
Mix well and make small roundels
Roll it in roasted white and black sesame seeds so you get a nice coating
So your feta cheese substitute made from paneer is ready; it will taste almost the same as feta cheese.
Now make dressing for the salad
In a bowl, take 1-2 tbs olive oil, 1/2 lemon juice, salt and black pepper - and mix well.
If you want sweet, then at this stage you can also add honey or sugar
Take watermelon cubes or roundels whatever you like
Place Paneer sesame seed balls
Place chopped cucumber and onions
Sprinkle almond chopped or any nut of your choice like walnut etc.
Place few Mint leaves
Drizzle some dressing
