Ingredient

Recipe's Secret

  • Watermelon cut in cubes.
  • Hung curd. 
  • Salt
  • Roasted Cumin.
  • Seeds powder.
  • Olives.
  • Spring Onion.
  • Chopped green chili.
  • Mint Leaves.

Method

How to Make?

  • Take watermelon and cut cubes and keep them chilled.
  • In a bowl take some hung curd.
  • Add some finely chopped chili and spring onions.
  • Add roasted cumin seed powder.
  • Add 2-3 chopped mint leaves
    mix well – do not add salt till last moment.
  • In water melon take out small scoops and create cavity.
  • Add some salt to hung curd and mix well.
  • Now fill the cavity and let the hung curd mixture create a dollop of hung curd on top of watermelon cubes.
  • Place olives on top and also onion greens soaked in cold water.
  • Sprinkle some more roasted cumin seeds.
  • Keep the watermelon starter in fridge for 15 minutes and then have it cold.
  • This is a summer starter and best served cold.
