How to make White Choco Bars Recipe With Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly ?

Ingredients

  • 400 gm White. Cooking Chocolate
  • 200 gm Cooking Cream.
  • 1 packet of digestive biscuits. (crushed)
  • 2 tbs Room Temperature Butter.
  • 1 packet of Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly Strawberry.
  • AlpenliebeJuzt Jelly Bears & Bottles (for garnishing).

Methods

  • Melt white cooking chocolate over the double boiler.
  • Once chocolate gets melted, add cooking cream.
  • Ganache is ready
  • Take crushed digestive biscuits in the bowl.
  • And add 2 tbs room temperature butter & mix.
  • Take a baking tray & place the biscuits crumbles & make equal layer in the tray.
  • Place Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly -chopped – randomly on the layer of biscuit crumbles & pour the chocolate ganache on top of the biscuits and juzt jelly.
  • Refrigerate for few hours.
  • Once it’s set, cut the choco-bar into square shape.
  • And garnish with Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly Bears & Bottles.
