Zoodles Recipe

Learn how to make different Recipe with chef Meghna.

Zoodles recipe is pretty popular these days, so I thought it is a time that you and I talked about zoodles. And if you haven't heard about zoodles yet, all that zoodles are noodles made from zucchini. Zucchini has a surprising ability to take on the texture and the shape of noodles and it is absolutely delicious. The real beauty of zoodles is that it is a nutrient-rich, low-calorie vegetable-based option that you can use in any traditional pasta recipe. A 1 cup of traditional pasta contains approx 200 calories and 50g carbs whereas 1 cup of zoodles recipe contains 18 calories and 5g carbs. So i is an easy way to increase the nutrients and lower the calories without sacrificing any flavor plus its 100% gluten-free. The best part about zucchini is that it holds a lot of water and once they begin to cook they begin to release some of that water which helps to steam up the zoodles. That is why we don't need to use much oil. To make zucchini noodles recipe all you need is zucchini and carrots chopped in spaghetti shape. So let's get started!
