    How to make Zoodles ?

    Ingredients

    • Carrots & Zucchini chopped in spaghetti shape.
    • Olive OIl.
    • Garlic finely chopped.
    • Salt.
    • Parmesan cheese.
    • Chili flakes.

    Methods

    • Take a pan, add some olive oil
    • Add garlic, will give a lovely aroma
    • Add some salt, keep it a minimum
      will add parmesan cheese later on
      mix it well.
    • Don’t let the garlic turn brown
      add chili flakes.
    • Now add carrot and mix it well.
    • Cover the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.
    • Mix it tenderly, so they don’t break
      now add zucchini 
      mix it gently
      cover the pan and let it cook for 1  minute.
    • Lastly, add parmesan cheese
      mix it nicely
      Zoodles are ready to be served.
    • On a serving plate sprinkle chili flakes, parmesan cheese & micro herbs on top.
    • Enjoy the super healthy Zoodles recipe and no need to worry about carbs.
